Fish Fry Masala the freshly ground special masala which gives the authentic taste to fish fry. Make enough, as this is sure to disappear. The fish slices are coated with spicy masala and then fried until crisp. The non vegetarian dish is served as a side dish and is a favorite among Punjabis. Fish slices and thick masala is made with flavorful spices like coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves and more. The rice flour will add the crispiness to the fish crust.


Ingredients used for Fish Fry:
  1. Fish-700gms
  2. Coconut oil,
  3. Vinegar
  4. Ginger Garlic paste
  5. Curry leaves
  6. Fish Fry Masala – Emunah Masala

Preparation Method:

Take 700 gms of fish of your choice, add little vinegar, 7-8 tsp of Fish Fry Masala – Emunah Masala, 1 tsp coconut oil  mix well to   form paste. Apply the paste to the fish & leave it for about 10 min. After 10 min, fry the fish in oil (Apply Rava if needed). Now Fish Fry Masala is ready to serve.Note: Add Salt & Chilly Powder if needed.
