Prakrithi Foods – Sabbakki Sandige
Sabbakki Sandige is one of the most important cuisine of south karnataka and especially in tulunadu we prepare it in summer and relish it for months to come.
Ingredients used are sabudana,green chillies, cumin seeds and sesame seeeds. Once these fryums are completely dried, store them in an air tight container. Stays good for an year or so if it is sundried well. This product of Prakrithi Foods are well going in the market and these sabbakki sandige goes well with the dal and even with the rice or can be used as a snack with a cup of tea.
